What we do with your details

What the quote form collects

When you ask for a quote, you send us:

• your name
• your email
• your company or event
• the details you type, such as what you want made, quantity, dates, where to ship, and your message
• any artwork or logo files you attach

The form opens your own email app and addresses the message to hello@stickercon.in. The website does not keep a customer database, and we do not ask you to make an account. Browsing the site does not sign you up for anything.

Why we collect it

We use those details to reply to your quote, prepare a proof, make the order, and sort out shipping. That is the only reason. We do not use them to build an advertising profile, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep a quote email and any artwork only while we need them to answer you and to finish the order. After that, we delete them. How long that is in practice: [how long quote emails and artwork are kept after an order, to confirm].

If a law says we must hold an invoice or a similar record for longer, we keep only that record, and we will tell you if you ask.

We never sell your data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it out, and we do not trade it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who else is involved

Two services sit between you and us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website on Cloudflare Pages. When you open a page, your browser connects to Cloudflare, the same way it would with any host. We do not add advertising trackers on top of that.
• Email is how a quote reaches us. Your message goes through your email provider to hello@stickercon.in. We read it there.

The quote form does not send your details to a payment company or an ad network.

Access and deletion

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@stickercon.in and say what you want. We will do it, and we will tell you if something has to stay because the law requires it. How quickly we reply: [response time for access and deletion requests, to confirm].
