Questions shops ask us
Can you put my shop name on the seals?
Yes. Every design has a spot for your shop name, and we can add a phone number, a short line or your logo too. We send you a proof first and print only after you say yes.
What sizes do the seals come in?
Our sample designs come in 50 mm and 75 mm rounds. 50 mm suits small sweet boxes and gift bags, and 75 mm suits bigger boxes and hampers. Need another size or shape? [other sizes and shapes, to confirm]
How many do I need to order?
We quote for runs of 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 or more seals. Prices depend on the size, the material and how many designs you need, so ask for a quote and we will send exact numbers. Smaller runs: [minimum order, to confirm]
How fast can you print them for Diwali?
Tell us your date when you ask for a quote and we will be honest about whether we can make it. Usual turnaround after you approve the proof: [lead time in working days, to confirm]. Festival weeks fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can I use my own design instead?
Of course. Send us your artwork as a PDF, SVG or a high resolution PNG and we will check it and set it up for print. If you only have a photo of your current sticker, send that and we will tell you what we can do.
Do the gold parts come in real foil?
On the standard seals, gold prints as a flat gold colour. Real foil may be possible as an upgrade: [foil availability, to confirm with the print partner].
