Ordering
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Stickers start at [sticker MOQ, to confirm], tees at [tee MOQ, to confirm] and swag kits at [kit MOQ, to confirm]. Small community events can ask anyway, we try to make small runs work.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form with what you want, roughly how many and when you need it. We reply with options and a price. For single items and retail packs, you can buy straight from our Shopify store.
Do I get to see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof or a 3D render for every custom order, and nothing gets printed until you approve it. [Confirm number of free revision rounds]
Timing and shipping
How long does production take?
Usually [X working days, to confirm] for stickers and tees after you approve the proof, and [X working days, to confirm] for 3D printed pieces. Bigger kits take a little longer. Tell us your deadline upfront and we'll say honestly if it's doable.
Can you ship swag to a conference in Europe, and how fast?
Yes. We make everything in India and ship to Europe, the US and across India, either to the venue, your hotel or an organiser's address. International delivery usually takes [X to Y working days, to confirm] after production. For a conference, we suggest ordering at least [X weeks, to confirm] before the event. Customs and import duties: [confirm who pays, e.g. duties included or paid by recipient].
Can you ship kits to remote team members individually?

Design and files
What files should I send for custom stickers?
Vector files are best: SVG, AI, EPS or PDF, with text converted to outlines. A high resolution PNG with a transparent background also works, ideally 300 DPI at the size you want printed. Let us know the shape (die-cut around the design, circle, square) and the size. If you only have a low resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. If you have a logo and an idea, we can turn it into stickers, a tee design or a 3D printed mascot. [Confirm if design help is free or charged]
Can you 3D print our project mascot or logo?
Yes, that is one of our favourite jobs. Send us your logo or mascot artwork, we model it and send a render for approval, then print. Available materials and colours: [materials and colours, to confirm].
Pricing and the NGO
How does the NGO funding work?
We price orders to cover the materials, printing and shipping. What is left after that goes to [NGO name], the NGO my mother runs, which [what the NGO does]. [Confirm the exact share per order and how we report it]
Do you offer discounts for open source and community conferences?
Yes. Community-run and non-profit events get community pricing: [discount or approach, to confirm]. Mention it in your quote request.
How do I pay, and do you provide invoices?
